One of my faworite place is Kislovodsk where people from all over the world have been drinking mineral water with incredible health benefits and experiencing relaxing spas for several centuries. This city is in Stavropol Krai, near the Caucasus mountains, a region of Russia known for healing mineral waters, incredible landscapes, waterfalls and pristine blue lakes. Remember... the Caucasus Mountains! Where Milk Kefir was originated roughly 2000 years ago!
